Ratcliffe and INEOS have already hired Omar Berrada as the new CEO of United after he was hired by Manchester City.

They now want Ashworth, who used to be England’s technical director and Brighton’s chief executive, to be their sports director.

The expert in transfers works for Newcastle right now; they hired him in February 2022.
The Manchester Evening News, on the other hand, says he wants to leave them to work for United.

The story then says that Ratcliffe is so sure that he will get his man that he hasn’t even asked anyone else to play the part.

Fans were thrilled to read this new information because they are still hoping that Ratcliffe can lead them back to the top.

After hearing the news, one United fan wrote on social media, “United is really trying to steal Dan Ashworth from Newcastle after they stole Omar Berrada from Manchester City.”We might be able to trust Sir Jim Ratcliffe to get us back to the top.
