Manchester United started getting ready for the new season by beating Leeds United 2-0 at the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo on Wednesday. Leeds United had just been kicked out of the Premier League.
Noam Emeran scored the first practice goal for Erik ten Hag’s team in the 67th minute. He took a pass from Norwegian defender Isak Hansen-Aaroen and scored with a low shot.

Emeran, a French forward who is 20 years old, also helped United score their second goal. He set up replacement Joe Hugill, who scored from close range in the 81st minute to seal the win.
After moving from Chelsea to Manchester United, England defender Mason Mount played in this game for the first time.
“The support has been great both when we showed up last night and when we showed up at the field today. “It’s amazing that they came out to support us today,” Mount told MUTV after playing the first 45 minutes of the game.
“This is what we’re playing for, and we want to make them proud.”
First-choice central defenders Lisandro Martnez and Raphal Varane, as well as winger Jadon Sancho, also got to play. David de Gea left, so David Heaton’s backup, Tom Heaton, started in goal.
At halftime, Ten Hag made 11 changes, while Leeds made 10. Leeds was also playing its first practice game and first game under new boss Daniel Farke. Last season, Leeds was kicked out of the Premier League.
“Oh (Mount), that’s great, but we knew this would happen. He is good at so many things, and I’m sure he will bring us a lot of joy. “He will definitely help us play better,” he said, adding that Mount still had more to show on the field.

United will play Wolverhampton Wanderers at home on August 14 to start their Premier League season.
