Ferdinand sent X, which used to be Twitter, a video of himself making the statement. He wrote, “Interesting @Ryanair flight with the Arsenal fans this morning…”Without a question, @BukayoSaka87 is top-notch! It will become “world class.”

When he made his announcement, the Arsenal fans on board laughed and chanted even more.

Since the beginning of the season, Saka has played 32 times for Mikel Arteta’s team and has scored 15 goals and set up 13 others.

He will want to do better when they play Porto in the Champions League on Wednesday.

That was the last time Arsenal played in the knockout rounds of a competition—a 10–2 loss to Bayern Munich over two legs in 2017.

For the Gunners, making it past the Portuguese team will be their first trip to a quarterfinal since 2010.
